The Georgia Department of Agriculture (GDA) is soliciting bids for Tifton Lab Janitorial Services. The specifications for this building are located in Attachments G and H of this RFQ. The work consists of furnishing all labor, material, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform interior janitorial services to ensure the facilities are maintained in a safe, attractive, clean, and sanitary manner at all times. The work shall comply with all requirements within this eRFQ and the resulting Georgia Department of Agriculture (GDA) Open Agency Contract, including any and all attachments and addendums. A MANDATORY site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at 10:00 am at the Georgia Department of Agriculture, PO Box 1507, 3150 US Hwy 41S, Tifton, GA 31793-1507. Participants are expected to arrive on time as those who are late shall be barred from attending. Providers who do not attend or are barred from the Pre-Bid Conference / Site Visit shall be prohibited from participating in this solicitation.
