The Georgia Department of Agriculture (GDA) is seeking a contract with one qualified supplier to provide Janitorial Services at the Tifton Laboratory as further described in this eRFQ. The work covered under this agreement consists of the furnishing of all labor, equipment and appliances in performing all operations in connection with janitorial services for the Georgia Department of Agriculture. The supplier must be able to perform all items outlined in the Scope of Work and General Terms and Conditions and meet all Mandatory Requirements of the eRFQ. To be eligible to submit a response to this eRFQ, the supplier must have attended a MANDATORY site visit and walk-through of the location(s) where the janitorial service is to be performed. A MANDATORY site visit is scheduled for Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 10:00 am at the Georgia Department of Agriculture, 3150 U.S. 41 S, Tifton, GA 31794. Participants are expected to arrive on time as those who are late shall be barred from attending. Providers who do not attend or are barred from the Pre-Bid Conference / Site Visit shall be prohibited from participating in this solicitation.
