This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Enclosed is a solicitation package prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-68 by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Oxford, Wisconsin Contracting Officer for the procurement of water heaters.

THRUSH, HOT-PAK Semi-Instantaneous Water Heater units (DSHE632 & DSHE642) is preferred to standardize our facility but all submissions of other brands are accepted if they meet or exceed the specifications of the listed models. Any offeror(s) who submit non THRUSH units must provide the spec sheets on what they're providing. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside with a NAICS code of 333414 and size standard of no more than 500 employees. This package contains all the necessary information required for submitting a quote.

In submitting the quote, the offeror(s) should consider all information provided herein. Please carefully follow all the instructions attached to the solicitation package concerning the content, format, and submission of your quote.

All offeror(s) are advised that this solicitation includes the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items. With the inclusion of this clause and the submission of a quote, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. If the Offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror. Offeror may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the SAM database accessed through https://www.sam.gov. No award will be made to any contractor listed under the Excluded Parties List System.

Offeror(s) are required under FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Jul, 2013), to complete their representation and certifications. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the System for Award Management (SAM) website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (o) of this provision and submit it with their quote.

Double wall construction, Armstrong steam trap 15B6 with fittings and shut off valve, Digital electronic control panel with RTD. (Temp Probe), Spence electronic steam control valve, Spence Model 1100-AEL elect modulating, 120/1/60 Volts, Steam inlet Y strainer, Welded frame (Fixed), 2.5" by 2" Flex connector, Strainer with drip trap, To heat 21.5 GPM from 40F to 140F, Steam 12-15 PSI @ control valve, Include shipping cost in quote.

2 EA (DSHE642) THRUSH - HOT-PAK Semi-Instantaneous Water Heater. Include all standard features on submittal data 1-15 (HOT-PAK-DSHE642.pdf) plus the following equipment:
