2. High resolution (better than 1 nm)
3. Three axis
4. Readable using Ethernet/LAN
5. Readable using standard protocols such as HTTP
Agilent Technologies is the only vendor capable in providing a Three Axis Interferometer capable in providing the option to read the instrument over Ethernet using a web browser.
