A site showing will be arranged prior to the bid date. Details will be provided in the solicitation package.

Before an award can be made every contractor foreman's work crew must include an employee who has a current first aid certificate from the Mine Safety and Health Administration, American Red Cross, or other state-approved organization.

Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration can be completed at the CCR Web site at http://www.ccr.gov. or by calling 1-888-227-2423, or 269-961-5757.

Prospective contractors must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov.
