The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Thomson Reuters (Markets) LLC for the renewal of its web-based subscription services. Thomson Reuters EIKON online subscription will provide specific third-party equity research in addition to its normal financial information offerings. The information provided allows for analyst to be aware financial information regarding credit quality, debt obligation and financial news information for the inventory of PBGC insured companies facing potential termination of pension plans.

PBGC anticipates the period of performance is one base year plus (2) two option years
