The period of performance is for a Base Period of twelve (12) months and one (1) twelve (12) month Option Period. This is not a Request for Quotation, but a notice of Intent. An RFQ will not be issued. Interested parties may submit their capability statements for the required services to Norman Cofer at [email protected] no later than August 23, 2017, 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation will not reimburse any costs connected with providing the capability information. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice.
