Clemson University seeks a qualified and experienced contractor to conduct and develop a Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (THIRA) and Stakeholder Preparedness Review (SPR), both in full compliance with the Comprehensive Preparedness Guide (CPG) 201, 3rd Edition and 2019 THIRA/SPR updates, and FEMA mitigation guidance. All work is to be completed in accordance with the Scope of Work found under the Attachments tab of this RFP
