The US Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District, intends to solicit for a Emergency Bank Protection project that shall include, but not limited to the placement of 400 lineal feet of required 6' x 3' x 3' gabion baskets filled with 4" to 8" stone over geo-textile fabric and 6" filter material erosion protection along St. Mary's river bank by Thieme Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Required suitable fill will be placed behind the gabion baskets. The estimated construction cost is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this requirement is 237990. The small business size standard for this requirement is $33.5 Million in average annual receipts over the past three years.
