The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona, Seal Beach Detachment, Product Engineering Department requires the acquisition of four (4) each Thermo-Hygrometers with Sensors to support the Navy Training Facilities. The government intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed priced contract to Fluke/Hart Scientific. This procurement is commercial item IAW FAR Part 12.
