Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for Fluke Thermo-Hygrometers in support of Rock Island Arsenal – Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). This solicitation is posted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is competed as a 100% Small Business Set Aside under NAICS 334519 - Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing.

The Government intends to award one firm-fixed price contract to the lowest price, responsive, and responsible contractor whose quote conforms to the terms and conditions of this solictation as outlined in FAR 9.104-1.
