This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with ITXM Diagnostics, Pittsburgh, PA. The statutory for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S,C, 2304(c)(1) per FAR Part 6.302-1(c). The NAICs code this action is 621511. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Service. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government shall consider all response received with 15 days from this posting.
