The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bragg, North Carolina, has a requirement in support of the Religious Service Organization (RSO), Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This requirement is to provide for a Theological Integration Instructor at the Family Life Chaplain Training Center. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers' performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the Theological Integration Instructor function. The period of performance for this requirement will consist of a twelve (12) month Period of Performance.
The Government intends to award a Fixed Price type contract for this requirement. This acquisition will be solicited under National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611699, "All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction" with a small business size standard of $11.0 million.
MICC - Fort Bragg anticipates issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) W91247-17-T-THIN on or about 25 April 2017 but no later than 9 May 2017. Please note these dates are subject to change. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the RFP package and any amendments. No paper copies of the RFP will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract.
