Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends for the CONTRACTOR to perform the work associated with the site preparation and rough grading, entrance drive construction, and erosion control installation necessary for the pre-construction site grading for the expansion of the Thedford Substation location, near Thedford, Nebraska in accordance with Drawing’s 460013845 and 460013846, the construction specifications included herein, performance bond cost, and all other requirements as specified in these Contract Documents.
