The U.S. House of Representatives seeks to acquire the services of a vendor to provide leather hides to the Logistics and Support Upholstery /Drapery Department of the House.

The House is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) in order to establish a contractual relationship with a contractor that meets the specifications contained herein and provides the lowest cost.

The Contractor shall use their own facilities to manufacture/produce leather hides for the House in accordance with the specifications contained herein.
