The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s office & related space and physical security requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, non-productive agency downtime and building & on-site security cost.

 

Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire & Life safety, accessibility (ABAAS), seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  The proposed leased space can be either fully-serviced or net electric only.  Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.

Proposals will be accepted until July 22, 2025 @ 2PM. Which will then be reviewed by a committee for the most Advantageous Proposal. The city reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
