The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) is issuing the following Brand Name or Equal Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purchase of a Leybold D65 D65B Trivac Rotary Vane Dual Stage Mechanical Vacuum Pump(OLD PN:91296-2 changed to New PN:11296) which can be set to 3PH 208V/460V 50/60Hz.In order to be able to quote, vendor must be able to provide a Brand Name or Equal to and include all shipping fees. See attachment for specifications. Interested holders are strongly encouraged to submit their quotation on the attached RFQ Standard Form (SF) 18, and provide all supporting documents, as necessary, via FedConnect portal at www.fedconnect.net, by the due date and time indicated in Block 10 of the RFQ SF-18. The vendor’s quotation may also be accepted via email to the buyer assigned to this requirement, Brandy Wilson, at [email protected]. If submitting a quote and/or other documents via FedConnect, please do not also submit via email. EVALUATION: Selection will be based on quotation that is considered technically acceptable with the lowest firm-fixed price quote. To be considered for evaluation, vendors must quote on all items/services listed in the solicitation. The Government anticipates issuing a single award from this RFQ. Vendors shall submit descriptive literature detailing features, technical capabilities and warranty data, as necessary. Technical acceptability shall be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted in response to this solicitation. The technical acceptability determination will be based on the quotation(s) of the product/service as identified within this RFQ and per the listed specifications.
