The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 6,270 - 6,950 rentable square feet in Vista, CA within the following delineated area:
In the county of San Diego, CA. The city of Vista except for the area west of Melrose and north of Olive, and the area west of Emerald. Also includes the city of Oceanside northeast of Santa Fe Ave. Also includes the area east of Oceanside and Vista which is bounded on the east by Interstate 15, on the south by Deer Springs Road and the city of San Marcos boundary, on the north by E. Mission Road, and on the west by S. Mission Road and the portion of Highway 76 between the intersections with S. Mission Road and E. Vista Way.
The space is required for 16 months (12 months firm) commencing Aug 17, 2009. Fully serviced leases are sought.
The space should yield a maximum of 5,800 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Parking is required for 3 vehicles. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Contiguous space located on one floor is preferred. Building must include a loading dock or acceptable alternative. Freight elevator or passenger elevator used for freight is required if space is above or below ground level. Elevator must be equipped to handle heavy loads and large enough to accommodate a standard pallet (48" x 40") without breaking down pallet.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals):
⢠Building name/address;
⢠Legal property description, recent survey, and property identification numbers (PIN);
⢠Location of space in the building and date it will be available;
⢠One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered;
⢠ANSI/BOMA defined office area/usable square feet (USF);
⢠Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included;
⢠Common Area Factor used to determine the RSF;
⢠Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact;
⢠In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement, and permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission
