The National Gallery of Art (NGA) intends to enter into a sole source contract with Resurfix, Inc. of Flanders, NJ for the maintenance, repair, transportation and storage of the NGA Zamboni ice resurfacer.  Resrufix is the only authorized Zamboni maintenance and repair company in the Eastern US.  If there are no responses to this special notice of intent by August 15, 2013, the NGA with initiate procurement proceedings to establish a multi-year contract for NTE 5 years with the company named above.  Inquiries and/or notification of ability to provide the services sought are to addressed to Dean Koepp, Contracting Officer, National Gallery of Art, Office of Procurement and Contracts, 2000B South Club Drive, Landover, MD 20785, telephone number, 202-842-6402, email [email protected].
