REQUIREMENT:
The General Services Administration is seeking to lease 6,270 - 6,930 rentable square feet which should yield 5,650 - 5,800 usable square feet of contiguous office or related space for the Census Bureau in Hopkinsville together with three (3) on-site, reserved parking spaces. The space must be within the delineated area described below.

Within Christian County. Starting on north, follow City Limits of Hopkinsville east and continuing east on the Bypass Rd between Edward T Breathitt Pennyrile Pkwy and Greenville Rd (US Hwy 107); south on Greenville Rd (US Hwy 107) to Hopkinsville city limits; follow city limits on east side to Pembroke Rd (US Hwy 41); follow Pembroke Rd (US Hwy 41) south to S Main St (St Hwy 1027/St Hwy 115) in Pembroke; follow S Main St (St Hwy 1027/St Hwy 115) to Long Pond Rd (St Hwy 1027); follow Long Pond Rd (St Hwy 1027) to Hopkinsville city limits; follow Hopkinsville city limits around to where they intersect with Lovers Lane; follow Lovers Lane west to St Hwy 107; follow St Hwy 107 north to Eagle Way; follow Eagle Way to Cadiz Rd; follow Cadiz Rd east to Hopkinsville limits.
REQUIRED:
The space must be contiguous and located on one floor in commercial, retail or industrial/flex space. The building should have a loading dock, forklift accessibility, or adequate alternative for deliveries. Lease should be "Full Service"; all services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
Space must be ready for occupancy August 17, 2009.
Regularly scheduled public transportation and/or employee parking within three (3) blocks sufficient to cover commuting and visitor needs should be available.
A variety of inexpensive, and moderately priced fast food and/or eat-in restaurants within three blocks, and other employee services such as retail shops, cleaners, banks, etc. should be available within one-half (1/2) mile.
Buildings offered must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as modern office-type buildings having fully adequate means of ingress and egress, must fully meet the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS) or capable of being altered to meet ABAAS. The building must also conform to current seismic requirements.
LEASE TERM:
Term is 16 months, 12 months firm.
