The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking competent and qualified small business Roofing Contractors interested in providing offers for the work described below
General Statement of Work:
LBB VOR: Provide all labor, materials, supervision and transportation to replace VOR roof in Lubbock, TX in accordance with the specifications and drawings that will be included with solicitation.
LBBB RTR: Provide all labor, materials, supervision and transportation to replace RTR roof in Lubbock, TX in accordance with the specifications and drawings that will be included with solicitation.
BGS RCAG: Provide all labor, materials, supervision and transportation to replace RCAG roof in Big Springs, TX in accordance with the specifications and drawings that will be included with solicitation.
MTA RCAG: Provide all labor, materials, supervision and transportation to replace RCAG roof in Lometa, TX in accordance with the specifications and drawings that will be included with solicitation.
SSF VOR: Provide all labor, materials, supervision and transportation to replace RCAG roof in San Antonio, TX in accordance with the specifications and drawings that will be included with solicitation.
LRD RCAG: Provide all labor, materials, supervision and transportation to replace RCAG roof in Laredo, TX in accordance with the specifications and drawings that will be included with solicitation.
1. Contract performance time is 45 calendar days after NTP per location
2. This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside
3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238160 - Roofing contractors
4. The Small Business Size Standard is $15 Million
5. The rough order of magnitude for this proposed construction project is between $200,000.00 and $300,000.00.
6. Site Visits are not mandatory, but may be requested. Information will be specified in the Request for Proposal.
The Request for Proposal Package is expected to be available late March 2018. Contractors must submit their request for this package no later than 5:00 pm (CST) by March 21, 2018.
