QUOTES:

Quotes must be valid for 60 days from closing date of this Request for Quote.

All technical specifications, part numbers and serial numbers must be included in submitted quote.  If all specifications are not listed, quote shall be considered unresponsive.  Quotes must be aligned with this template.

508 Compliance Language

In accordance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 794d) and the United States Access Board, also known as the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Accessibility Standards (36 CFR Part 1194), all ICT supplies and services supplied as part of this contract shall meet the applicable accessibility standards at 36 CFR Part 1194.  The Contractor shall provide evidence that proposed goods or services are compliant and indicate where full details of compliance can be found.  Should a good or service to be supplied meet the definition of an exception under Section 508, the Contractor shall provide a written explanation regarding the requested exception.  Valid exceptions must complete the approval process before a good or service can be accepted.”

 Award will be based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Quote.

If your company is not the Original Software Manufacturer (OEM) a letter from the OEM must be submitted with the quote stating that your company is an Authorized Reseller.

Quotes must be received by Monday, May 11, 2020 at 10:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time).
