The Dundee Township Cemetery will be accepting bids from qualified and experienced contractors to resurface selected portions of the asphalt roadways at its' East Dundee Cemetery. Detailed Specifications for this project can be found on the Township's website (www.dundeetownship.org/cemetery/ bid_packages.php) or can be picked up at the Dundee Township Office between the hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. (M-F) Sealed bids shall be sent by certified mail or hand delivered with "Road Resurfacing Bid" printed/or typed on the front of the envelope and must be delivered by 5:00 PM, November 15, 2021 to: Office Manager Dundee Township 611 E. Main Street, Suite 201 East Dundee, IL 60118 Bid opening will be Wednesday, November 17, 2021, 7:00 pm at: Dundee Township 611 E. Main Street, Suite 201 East Dundee, IL 60118 It is not necessary for a bidder to be present at the opening.
