SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FY11 FUNDS - The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) on behalf of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency intends to sole source a contract to EOS International for externally hosted online library cataloging. OCC is currently receiving these services from EOS International with an expiration date of 9/30/10.

EOS International's database is used by OCC to locate resources in their collection. The database of electronic information is externally hosted and maintained by EOS on their server.

EOS International is the sole source for the Online Public Access Catalog.

Offerors shall respond to this notice if they believe that they can provide OCC the same services as provided by EOS International. Responses shall be received no later than 2:00 PM ET on Friday, September 24, 2010. Responses shall include the name and point of contact information for its company along with a description of the service. Offerors shall confirm that its service has and/or meets all of the components listed above.
