The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) on behalf of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency intends to sole source a contract to The Corporate Library for single user access to US and Canadian corporate governance and executive and director compensation information and analysis. OCC is currently receiving these services from the Corporate Library with an expiration date of 8/9/10. Access to the Corporate Library's internet based tool offers OCC comprehensive company research and analytic tools which support the decision-making of leading companies across a diverse range of industries. A database of comprehensive corporate intelligence includes information of corporate boards, individual directors, executive and director compensation, corporate ownership, insider trading, related party transactions, takeover defenses, shareholder proposals, securities class action filings and litigation regulatory actions, merger and acquisition activity, and a searchable chronology of material events. The Corporate Library is the sole source for the Corporate Library's proprietary governance risk ratings, research and analysis, and data. Offerors shall respond to this notice if they believe that they can provide OCC the same services as provided by the Corporate Library. Responses shall be received no later than 2:00 PM ET on Monday, July 26, 2010. Responses shall include the name and point of contact information for its company along with a description of the service.
