This is the solicitation notice Request for Proposal (RFP) for Communication Security (COMSEC) and Custodians/Managers with the work to be performed by the contractor in the country of Thailand.  This action is 100% small business set-aside and NAICS code 541690 applies.

There are four (4) sections associated with the notice as follows;

•1)       Solicitation FA8630-15-R-5003 - Section J of this document includes the following attachments:  Performance Work Statement (PWS) and DD Form 254.
