The Natinal Institute on Aging, IRP, intends to award a purchase order on a competitive basis for the purchase of Laboratory Equipment listed below.  This notice may represent the only official notice.  This is a Simplified Acquistion with the estimated value less than $100,000.00 threshold.  This acquisition is being procured under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit proposals.  All proposals received prior to May 25, 2010 will be considered by the Government.  A determinatin by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

The North American Industry classification System (MAICS) code is 334516 and the business size standard is 500.
