The contractor shall provide the Acceptance Test Software converisions for the Teradyne Spectrum S9100 Superset Tester located at GDAIS Pittsfield and Naval Surface Warfare Center, Cranie Division in NSWCCD working in conjucntion with NSWCCD, this effort will convert seven legacy TGeradyne L260 VME acceptance Test Software conversions to the Teradyne Spectrum 9100 Superset

Negotiations will be conducted with General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS), Pittsfield, MA.  GDAIS is the sole manufacturer of the TRIDENT (II) D5 Strategic Weapon System (SWS) Fire Control System and Attack Weapons Control System and the only source with the in-depth knowledge, expertise, and in-place capability to perform the required effort.  See Note 22.*****
