SLAC seeks vendors that can provide the following:

1 Each of Test Helium Cryoplant.  SLAC is currently constructing a Test Facility for the deverlopment  of SRF Guns:

The Test Helium Cryoplant will consist of a Helium Refrigerator coupled to a Phase Separator via Helium Cryogenic Lines.

The Helium Refrigerator shall be designed for Operation with and without LN2 pre-cooling.

Without LN2 Pre-cooling, the Helium Refrigerator capacity shall be 200W @ 4.5K or more.

The subcontract shall include the design, manufacturing, installation supervision, commissioning and performance tests of the Cryoplant.

The proposals will be evaluated in the following areas:

- Equipment Performances (Maximum Capacity, Efficiency)

- Vendor Experience (Vendor References)

- Delivery Time

- Cost
