The Peace Corps intends to solicit from a single source under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures on the bases of brand name (FAR Part 13.106-1(b)).  The Peace Corps intends to solicit from TESOL International Association 1925 Ballenger Avenue Suite 550, Alexandria VA 22314-4287.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is PC-12-Q-005 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein.  The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-57.  The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430 with a small business size standard of $7M.

Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database before an award can be made to them. If the offeor is not registered in the CCR, it may do so through the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov.

ORCA Requirement - Company must be registered on Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) before an award could be made to them.  If company is not registered with ORCA, they may do so by accessing the ORCA website at https://orca.bpn.gov/ .

All interested vendors may submit a quote to be considered by the Peace Corps.  A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
