NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO SINGLE SOURCE: The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to enter into a single source contract with Terumo Medical Corporation for Terumo Azur Coils routinely and regularly utilized for surgical procedures taking place at the Mike O'Callaghan Federal Medical Center on a regular basis. The equipment is currently available via Terumo's corporate representative and through a GSA Schedule. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurements. The closing date for this Synopsis is 21 June 2018 4:00 PM Pacific Time.
