SBMWD will implement a 5-MGD, Title 22 approved tertiary treatment system (TTS). The TTS will initially produce an average of 1.2-MGD tertiary disinfected recycled water for onsite utility water needs. The scope of services includes but is not limited to: furnishing all material, labor and equipment required to construct the Tertiary Treatment System (TTS) project. The project consists of installing a cloth disk filter system, an ultra-violet (UV) disinfection system and channel, an influent pump station, an effluent pump station, connection to an existing reservoir, associated piping, structures, appurtenances and paving within the San Bernardino Municipal Water Department's Water Reclamation Plant (SBWRP). Along with other associated work as shown in the project plans and specifications for Specification No. 1723. Each Bidder shall show that he/she has completed the construction of five (5) similar projects of similar size and complexity within the last five (5) years for a similar scope and cost. Project experiences with a water/wastewater utility or other governmental agency is preferred.
