This requirement is to provide engineering support for Terminal High Altitude Air Defense (THAAD) 5.0 PATRIOT Advanced Capability (PAC)-3 Missile Segment Enhancement (MSE).  This effort is to provide system design, implementation, integration, configuration and flight test.

The proposed source for this effort is Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC), 1701 West Marshall Drive, Grand Prairie, Texas 75051, commercial and government entity (CAGE) code 64059. LMMFC is the developer and producer of the PAC-3 missile segment and support equipment, and the only source with the knowledge, expertise, and full disclosure technical data package (TDP) to perform this effort. The Government does not have the necessary intellectual property rights to utilize the data for full and open competition.
