Final design and construction of a 3,600 SF single-story terminal building with air-side canopy and land-side porte-cochere. The building shall be located near the southeast limits of the existing terminal area parking lot. Associated site work, including any necessary improvements to the existing parking lot, is not included in the scope of work for this project.
