This is for an initial term contract for one (1) year with four (4) renewal options. The expected annual expenditure for this Term Contract is $500,000.00. The quantities shown reflect the City's estimated annual requirement for particular items. As the bid indicates, the City may choose to purchase more, less, or none of any listed item, depending on it's needs.
