The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), seeks to acquire a Terahertz Raman (THz-Raman) Spectrometer to serve as a testing and research quality tool to assess critical quality attributes of complex drug products and substances. The Vendor shall indicate if the minimum salient characteristics have been met to be considered responsive for this requirement.
