This synopsis is a pre-solicitation notice only. The Department of the Treasury requires support services to provide for the transportation, secured custody, inventory management, protective maintenance, and the economical and environmentally sensitive disposition of seized, forfeited, and/or blocked general property through the use of a nationwide contract. The Department of the Treasury intends to issue solicitation 2032H323R00004 on or close to April 5, 2023. The solicitation will be available for interested parties to download from SAM. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any subsequent amendments. This requirement will be solicited by the procedures established in FAR Part 15 as full an open competition. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the System for Acquisition Management (SAM). Treasury intends to award one contract to include firm-fixed-price, fixed-rate, and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract line items. The anticipated period of performance will be for a maximum period of ten (10) years, consisting of one (1) 5-year base period and one (1) 5-year option period for a total of ten (10) years.
