Project Description The objective of the projects is to install foundations, conduits and pull boxes for new streetlights located in San Francisco's Tenderloin neighborhood. Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 20% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement. Please contact Marcus Lange at 415-554-3106 for CMD related issues. Hard copy version so fplans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 525 Golden Gate Ave, 1st floor Customer Service Desk, San Francisco, CA 94102 for a non-refundable $150. The electronic version of the plans and specs, and addenda will be provided via e-mail. A contract requesting by mail must provide FedEx number, business card, contractor license number and return shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th floor. San Francisco, CA 94102. Contractors who purchased plans and specifications for PW-006 may use the bidding documents provided to them in the attachment to Addendum No. 1 and need not re-purchase any documents. UPDATES: Bay Area Lightworks has been selected as the lowest bidder and will be recommended for contract award. Addendum No. 1 was issued January 18, 2017 to re-advertise PW-006 as PW-006R. Attachments were only made available to PW-006 plan holders. Addendum No. 2 was issued January 19, 2017. Please see addendum no. 2 for detail. Addendum No. 3 was issued January 26, 2017 postponing the due date to February 2, 2017
