Cecil County, Maryland BID 17-12: Tenant Fitout; Upper Chesapeake Corporate Center Sealed bids for Cecil County, Maryland Bid No. 17-12: Tenant Fitout; Upper Chesapeake Corporate Center will be received from qualified bidders until 1:30 pm, January 31, 2016 at the Purchasing Office, 200 Chesapeake Blvd, Suite 1400, Elkton, MD 21921. This solicitation is for the work designed and specified on the plan drawings which includes, but is not limited to, the interior demolition and alterations of Suite 124 in the building located at 107 Chesapeake Blvd., Elkton, MD 21921. A MANDATORY PRE-BID conference will be held at 10:00 am on January 4, 2017 at the Cecil County Administrative Building, 200 Chesapeake Blvd., Elkton, MD 21921 in the Perryville Conference Room. A site visit is scheduled following the conference for interested contractors. An additional site visit shall be available for all contractors on January 11, 2017 from 10 am to 12 pm.; only the general contractors attending the mandatory pre-bid should attend this site visit. Bids will NOT be accepted from any contractor that did not attend a mandatory pre-bid conference.
