Sources are being sought for temporary rental housing in the Delta, Colorado area to accomodate student intern, detailed, or recently transferred Forest Service employees on an as-needed basis.  Housing requirements will vary from one to six months.  Separately keyed, locking doors will be required for each bedroom.

The United States Forest Service (USFS) encourages the participation of small, disadvantaged, service disabled veteran, and women owned business enterprises.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 531110 and the small business size standard is $25 million. Any subsequent award will be 100% set-aside for small business concerns.  Registration at System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) is required.

The Government anticipates issuing one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with individual calls being placed for each rental requirement.

The following information is requested:
  -  Location of rental unit (street address)
  -  Number of bedrooms/ bathrooms
  -  Other rooms/ facilities/ amenities
  -  Published monthly rental rate (w/ included utilities)
  -  Minimum rental period
