The United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) has a requirement for Tempest Wireless Intercom System products. USPTO intends to issue a sole source award to Clear-Com, LLC, 1301 Marina Village Parkway, Suite 105, Alameda, CA 94501. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Clear-Com, LLC is the exclusive worldwide distributor (authorized reseller) of Tempest Solutions for the global broadcast and live performance/production markets.

The Patent and Trademark Acquisition Guidelines (PTAG) specifically exempts USPTO from the Competition in Contracting Act (CICA - 41 USC 253).

The supplies or services needed by the agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies will satisfy the agency requirements.

The USPTO intends to issue a sole source award to Clear-Com, LLC for Tempest Wireless Intercom System products in the amount of $17,815.90.
