This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation AG-52B1-S-15-0006 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for providing mowing and cleaning services in recreation areas for the Tell City Ranger District, Hoosier National Forest. Contractor will provide all equipment, cleaning products (all cleaning products must be bio or green products) and paper products. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730 and the size standard is $7.5mil. Period of performance will be April 1 - Oct 31, 2015. Quotes are due by mail or email by December 17, 2014 at 11:00am e.s.t. BASIS FOR AWARD: Price and past performance which are equal. One Base contract with Four Option Years is anticipated. Contractors must offer on the Base and all Options to be considered.
