DISA DITCO intends to issue a contract for the renewal of software maintenance for Telerik products to support DISA's Enterprise Services Directorate (ESD). The period of performance will be from 7/1/2014 - 6/30/2015 and 8/12/14 - 8/11/15. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance renewal must complete a copy of the attached solicitation, HC1028-14-T-0116, and return it via e-mail to [email protected]. Faxed responses will not be acceptable. Responses are due by 3:00PM (Eastern Time) on Friday, June 27, 2014.

The resultant contract will be firm fixed price and all responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541519.

If your company can provide the requested renewal of support, please fill in blocks 12, 30(a), (b), and (c) on page 1 of the Standard Form (SF) 1449.  The CLIN amounts on page 3, as well as the Contractor POC information on page 5 will need to be completed.
