DISA DITCO intends to issue a contract for the renewal of software maintenance for Telerik products to support DISA's Enterprise Services Directorate (ESD).  The period of performance will be from 3 Apr 2013 to 2 Apr 2014.  The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance renewal must complete a copy of the attached solicitation, HC1028-13-T-0069, and retun it via e-mail to [email protected].  Faxed responses will not be acceptable.  Responses are due by 2:00PM (Eastern Time) on 28 March 2013. 

The resultant contract will be firm fixed price and all responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered.  The NAICS code for this procurement is 541519.
