THIS IS A TOTAL 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE.

The Government intends to issue a long term Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for three (3) base years and two (2) option years to procure NSN 5805 015025665, part number 90-209-1, Telephone Set, and NSN 5805 015560533, part number 90-209-2M, Telephone Keypad.  The technical data package (TDP) is proprietary to the original manufacturer, L3 TECHNOLOGIES, INC., Cage Code 28199.  The FOB point is Origin.  If you are interested in becoming a supplier of these items, a source approval request (SAR) must be submitted and approved by the in-site engineering authority (ISEA) prior to supplier approval.  All parties (with the exception of the OEM) must submit traceability documentation back to the OEM in accordance with local clauses DLATERMHZ01 C03 Contractor Retention of Supply Chain Traceability and DLATERMHZ03 L04 Offers for Part Numbered Items.  Offers submitted without the required traceability documentation will be considered non-responsive and will be ineligible for award.  Source inspection is required.  Pricing for the RFP is requested to be valid for 120 days.

Proposal submit due date is January 4, 2021.  If you require additional time to complete and submit your proposal, please notify the contracting officer prior to this date.

If no acceptable offers from small businesses are received by the proposal due date, the set aside will be dissolved and the requirement will be re-solicited as unrestricted.
