INFORMATION: Marine Corps System Command intends to procure one (1) telehandler model XR 2450EC from Ahern Heavy Equipment in support of the Marine Corps Chemical Biological Incident Response Force (CBIRF). Qualified persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or by submitting a proposal. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
