Teachers’ Retirement System of the City of New York (TRS) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to invite interested, qualified vendors (proposers) to submit proposals to implement and migrate its current on-premise private branch exchange (PBX) system, voice mail and contact center to a cloud hosted solution. This request for proposal (RFP) is not a definitive statement that TRS will contract with any of the responding vendors for the services. TRS also reserves the right to defer the awarding of a contract and/or to reject all proposals, if deemed to be in TRS’ best interests.
