The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Frontier West Virginia, INC Frontier Communications Corp Wholesale Lockbox 639459 5050 Kingsley Drive Cincinnati OH 45227, for purpose of providing telecom services. Due to the particular requirements of this solicitation, no other vendor meets the needs of the requestor. Therefore, Frontier West Virginia, INC Frontier Communications Corp is the only vendor capable of fulfilling the requirements of the FBI.

This notice will be distributed solely through the U.S. General Services Administration’s beta.sam.gov website (www.beta.sam.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the beta.sam.gov website to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(1).
