NSWCPD intends to procure LHD 4 DANI Configuration Techincal Services on a sole source basis from Prism Maritime. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
