Notice of Intent to Award:

The U.S. Food & Drug Administration intends to award a sole source to QuoData GmbH, a German Based Large Business, for additional technical and statistical services for existing Prolab Plus Software Licenses and InterVal Software Licenses. The FDA is currently using Prolab Plus and InterVal Plus Software for their Proficiency Testing Programs. The additional technical and statistical expertise is needed in order to meet the requirements of ISO17043 accreditation.Quo Data GmbH is the only provider of support and additional technical and statistical expertise to their own software ProLabPlus and InterVal Plus Software.

The period of performance is one year. The NAICS code is 541611

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations and no solicitation document is available. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give notification to the Contract Specialist by 12:00pm August 16, 2012. Interested firms may furnish supporting evidence with sufficient detail to demonstrate its ability to comply with the requirement described above. The FDA will review all responses received; however the Government retains the sole discretion not to further compete the proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice. If the FDA does not receive any responses, the FDA will proceed with award to Quo Data gmbH Kaitzer Str, 135 Dresden Sachsen 01187.
